Stefania Medvedik R.D., R.N., C.D.E., C.D.N

Stefania is a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist based in Long Island, NY. Stefania has counseled thousands of clients, applying a functional and holistic framework to optimize her clients’ health and overall wellbeing. Stefania is the RD and CDCES at Edward Condon Medical PC. She is well versed in diabetes technologies, including insulin pumps, CGM systems, InPen, and is a certified pump trainer for Medtronic. Stefania’s background includes work as a clinical and retail dietitian, diabetes telehealth, hospital nursing, health /science media, as a preceptor to dietetics students, and community outreach. Stefania holds degrees from New York University and Long Island University. She is also a member of the board of directors at Charles Evans Center Health Care. An experienced speaker to groups large and small, Stefania has guest lectured at Cooper Union, and was a featured speaker at Hofstra’s first annual brain health conference in 2019, and Northwell Health’s annual diabetes conference in 2017.
